All produce is certified organic, unless it is clearly listed as otherwise. “In Conversion” means that the grower is in the process of converting their land to full organic certifiction. During this process, which can take up to 2 years, all organic standards must be followed including use of organic seed, organic-approved (peat-free) compost. The use of pesticides and artificial fertilisers is prohibited.
